Please abide by the check-in deadline; we are not staffed, nor is our office open, for late arrivals.

Deposit Policy

All reservations must be secured by a deposit within five calendar days of booking the reservation. The amount of the deposit for reservations of one to three days is equal to one day's rate; for a longer stay, the deposit is one-third of the total reservation.

The balance must be settled in full upon arrival at registration.

Cancellation Policy

A notice of cancellation must be received at least fifteen days prior to the first day of the reservation, in which case the deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.

For any other cancellations of shorter notice, or early departure after arrival, or change of dates of existing reservations, no refund will be issued unless we are able to fill the vacancy created by such action. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged against any approved refund.
