Nantucket Sound is the beachfront which has made Cape Cod famous -- it is a section of the Atlantic Ocean where the waters are typically 10° F warmer than are the waters at the National Seashore, and the waves are gentler, too!

The Chatham Seafarer is one of the closest properties in Chatham to this natural gem -- it's right down our side road (6/10 of a mile). A good many of our guests take advantage of its close proximity to enjoy an easy stroll down to the beach, or to ride their bicycles. If you wish to drive, parking is available.

This nearby stretch of the Nantucket Sound beachfront is Chatham's most full-featured beach. No other beach in town features all of these advantages:
